3. Tidak peduli kesenangan Anda

Saat hang out bersama, Anda akan lebih sering menemaninya berbelanja sepatu atau pakaian. Kapan terakhir kali kalian pergi ke tempat yang Anda sukai? Atau menemani Anda ke pameran mobil? Seorang wanita yang memang tertarik, akan mencoba menyenangkan pihak lain untuk mengikuti keinginannya.

4. Dikenalkan sebagai teman
Ketika kumpul bersama teman-teman atau keluarganya, Anda hanya diperkenalkan sebagai temannya. Sinyal ini sangat jelas bahwa Anda hanya teman.

Ya, sudah jelas dia sangat tidak tertarik dengan Anda. Percakapan tentang mantan kekasih maupun rekan kerjanya yang tampan di depan Anda menunjukkan bahwa Anda hanya teman untuk berbagi cerita, bukan pria yang dicarinya.

tips untuk mengatasi mata sembab

Mata sembab biasanya ingin Anda tutupi bukan saja demi alasan kecantikan, namun juga agar tak ada yang tahu jika semalam Anda habis menangis. Tapi dengan waktu yang hanya beberapa menit sebelum berangkat kerja atau ke sekolah, bagaimana cara menghilangkannya?

1. Es batu
Ini adalah cara klasik yang sudah sering digunakan banyak wanita: kompres dengan es batu. Namun untuk mempercepat prosesnya, dahulukan dengan membilas wajah dengan air dingin saat mandi. Tak ada es batu? Masukkan saja sendok ke dalam kulkas. Setelah dingin, kompreskan sendok ke bagian sekitar mata yang membengkak.

2. Teh celup
Ambil dua kantung teh celup, celupkan pada air panas, lalu angkat. Setelah menghangat, kompreskan ke kelopak mata, tutupi dengan kain selama 5-10 menit. Gunakan teh hijau atau teh hitam, karena kandungan kafein di dalamnya membantu mengurangi pembengkakan.          

3. Timun
Timun bukan saja baik untuk kesehatan, tapi juga untuk mata sembab, karena kandungan astringent di dalamnya membantu menyegarkan mata yang bengkak. Dinginkan dua irisan timun di dalam kulkas, kompreskan di kelopak mata selama sekitar 10 menit.

4. Kentang
Selama ratusan tahun, orang Eropa mempercayai kentang sebagai penghilang sakit kepala, pegal-pegal, dan berbagai iritasi. Untuk mata sembab, kupas kentang segar, cuci, keringkan, dan parut halus. Bungkus parutan kentang dengan selembar kain, lalu kompreskan pada mata.

5. Garam
Saat mata Anda sembab, mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung garam hanya akan membuatnya tambah parah. Untuk menyembuhkan mata sembab, campurkan setengah sendok teh garam ke dalam seperempat liter air putih. Celupkan kapas ke dalam campuran ini, lalu kompreskan ke mata.

6. Minum air putih
Banyak minum memang tak akan dengan instan mengempiskan mata yang bengkak, tapi ini akan mempercepat prosesnya. Sepanjang hari banyak-banyaklah minum air putih, dan untuk sementara hindari kopi, soda, dan minuman manis.

TIPS UNTUK MELAWAN RASA SAKIT HATI karena CINTA

Hal buruk terjadi dalam hidup dan pastinya dalam cinta. Rasa sakit merupakan sebuah sinyal dan memberitahu kita kalau ada yang harus diperbaiki serta diperhatikan. Tanpa rasa sakit, bagaimana kita tahu kalau tubuh perawatan?

Sakit secara emosional juga sama, merupakan cara tubuh memberitahu kalau kita perlu pertolongan. Saat hati kita sakit, dan mempengaruhi keseluruhan hidup kita, artinya waktunya untuk mengobati rasa sakit tersebut. Rasa sakit juga menjadi panduan seperti kompas. Memberitahu bagian mana yang nggak sehat atau merasakan hal yang nggak benar. Yang penting adalah harus jeli mendengarkan “teriakan” atau peringatan yang diberikan tubuh.

Sebagai “korban”, kita sering nggak mendengarkan rasa sakit. Tapi kalau kita berperan sebagai pihak yang bertahan atau survivor, kurang lebih kita seperti membuka diri terhadap rasa sakit tersebut. Kita belajar dari rasa sakit tersebut dan berkembang, serta bertahan.

Melawan rasa sakit membuat kita nggak bisa menerimanya sebagai berkah. Memang bungkusannya nggak menyenangkan, tapi kalau kita beranikan diri untuk membuka bungkusan tersebut, kita bisa mendapatkan ketenangan, pengetahuan lebih akan diri sendiri yang bisa membuat kita lebih tenang dan percaya diri untuk menghadapi apa yang terjadi di masa depan.

Hanya dengan membuka diri pada berbagai emosi, kita bisa mengerti siapa diri kita, kenapa rasa sakit ini bisa muncul dan apa yang kita perlukan untuk membebaskan diri dari rasa sakit tersebut. Caranya dimulai dengan mengamini bahwa ada sisi positif dari setiap kejadian negatif yang terjadi pada kita.

Menjadi survivor memang nggak gampang dan memang lebih mudah untuk menjadi korban dan menangis meratapi nasib. Tapi kalau kamu pengen bangkit, mengatasi rasa sakit dan kesedihan banyak cara yang bisa kamu lakukan.

Coba pikirkan satu waktu dimana kamu merasakan sakit hati yang hebat. Bisa baru-baru saja atau kejadian yang sudah lama terjadi. Ingat-ingat reaksimu atas pengalaman tersebut, apa yang kamu lakukan untuk mengatasinya dan bagaimana hal itu membuat kamu lebih kuat. Waktu itu bisa, pastinya sekarang juga bisa, kan?

Cari tempat sepi yang bisa memberikan ketenangan untukmu dan sisihkan waktu untuk perasaanmu. Bawa tisu, jurnal, secangkir teh apa pun yang bisa bikin kamu lebih tenang. Tutup matamu dan “nikmati” rasa sakit yang ada. Tolak segala keinginan yang bisa mengalihkan pikiran. Terima kalau saat ini, memang waktumu untuk merasakan rasa sakit tersebut, sesakit apa pun itu.

Bagi apa yang kamu rasakan, pada sahabat, saudara, atau bahkan terapis. Sharing bisa menunjukkan kalau kamu nggak sendiri, walaupun kamu merasa sebagai orang yang paling sendiri di dunia. Berbagi juga bisa jadi salah satu cara untuk melepaskan rasa sakit yang ada.

Sisihkan waktu setiap hari untuk mengobati luka. Cari kesenangan yang bisa membuatmu kalau banyak hal baik ada di depan mata. Rutinitas juga penting. Jadi lakukan hal mudah yang sekaligus bisa mengobati dan menjadi rutinitas, seperti bersepeda, mendengarkan musik, mengurus tanaman atau yoga.

Faktanya, istilah waktu bisa menyembuhkan lupa itu bisa dibilang sebagai sebuah hal yang nggak nyata. Karena kalau memang bisa, nggak bakal ada yang namanya rasa sakit. Untuk lupa atau sembuh memang butuh waktu, tapi tanpa usaha kamu akan bangun pagi setiap hari merasakan sakit yang sama. Teori memang lebih mudah dibanding praktek. Tapi dengan percaya dan yakin, pasti kamu akan bisa melalui dan mengatasi segala rasa sakit yang menimpa.

Horcruxes (Harry Potter movie)

What are horcruxes?

It is a dark magical object to give yourself immortality. A part of your soul will get ripped out and go into an object or living organism of your choice. But there is a catch to live forever, you have to kill in order to make them, it is the 'supreme act of evil' when one commits murder. Tom Riddle wanted to live on forvever so much, that he made 7 horcruxes. That's right, seven! Imagine ripping your soul into seven pieces, and storing them in objects/living organisms. But by accident, he made 8 horcruxes.

1. The first Horcrux is Marvolo Gaunt's Ring. Marvolo is Tom Riddles maternal grandfather. In fact, Tom Riddles full name is Tom Marvolo Riddle, which he despises so much. His name Tom Riddle is the name of his father too, who was Tom Riddle Senior. It was already destroyed by Albus Dumbledore, hence why his hand was poisoned, which led to his death. It was first shown in Half Blood Prince.

2. Tom Riddles Diary. Which everyone should remember from Chamber of Secrets, where Harry saved Ginny. Do you remember when Tom Riddle was there? The teenage gorgeous version? That was a Horcrux, that was part of Voldemort's soul. And when Harry destroyed the diary with the Basilisk fang, it destroyed Tom Riddle too, hence destroying the Horcrux and the first part of Voldemort's soul. It's amazing how all the movies come together eh? And it was only the second one!

3. Helga Hufflepuff's Cup: This was actually shown in the book with The Half Blood Prince. But unfortunately the movie didn't show most of the most important bits. It was used as the third Horcrux, because Voldemort loves everything to do with Hogwart, it was like Harry, his home, a place where he could be himself. And having a part of himself in one of the founding members, was priceless. Literally. I have no idea how they are going to mention it in the second part of the movie, but we'll see.

4. Salazar Slytherin's Locket: This locket was first mentioned in Order of the Phoenix (a heavy locket which none of them could open), but it was shown in The Half Blood Prince when Harry and Dumbledore went to the caves, across the inferi-infested waters, and found the locket in the poisoness basin. There was a letter inside from Regulus Black (Sirius's older brother who was a Death Eater) saying that has destroyed the real locket, and replaced it with a fake. So that was also destroyed.

5. Rowena Ravenclaw's Diadem: Another object from one of the founding members of Hogwarts. It was her tiara. It is first mentioned in passing in The Half Blood Prince, when Harry goes into the Room of Requirement to dispose of the Potion's book from Snape, it is mentioned as 'an old discoloured tiara,".

6. Harry Potter. Yes, he is a Horcrux. It was an unintentional act done by Voldemort. He himself doesn't know he made Harry a Horcrux. It was the night he killed Lily and James. He was intending to make a Horcrux by killing 'The Chosen One', but instead the killing curse backfired, and when Voldemort was torn apart, a piece of his soul went into Harry. Hence, why Harry Potter can speak Parseltongue, see into Voldemort's thoughts, know what he is feeling. Throughout the whole series, the reason why Harry's scar hurts, is because of what Voldemort is feeling, and that piece of soul inside of him wanting to go back to it's master. When Voldemort tried to kill Harry again near the end of The Deathly Hallows, he killed a piece of himself, by accident. A false move from the infamous Tom Riddle.

7. Nagini: She is Voldemort's most beloved organism. She is his snake. She is destroyed by Neville with Godric's Griffindor's sword.

8. The 8th and final Horcrux is Voldemort himself. That last piece of soul inside of him. Destroy the Horcruxes, finish off Voldemort for good.
